Today my car battery died and I was able to get my car into the service department at Dick Hannah Acura pretty quick. Although I purchased my car there a year ago, it was not an Acura but a Hyundai. Which in turn resulted in Rob locating a battery at another location. I was kept posted of what was happening and Rob got a new battery pretty quick. These folks are professional in their appearance as well as their concern and communication with their customers. The service department is exceptionally clean and as a single woman they do not try to up-sell me or pull one over on me. I'm treated with utmost respect and valued as a loyal customer. Rob is genuine as exemplifies their company motto, "Believe in nice!" He went above and beyond by getting me that battery at no cost when it was discovered the warranty ran out two weeks ago. Today I was truly blessed by superior customer service and I'm very grateful. Thank you Dick Hannah Acura for proving to me that I made the right decision a year ago by purchasing my car at your dealership. You guys Rock!!! Vivian S.
Super slow service, but just wanted to say Robert Walker is the best person there! His communication was on point about everything. I know he was busy, but still explained everything to me, and still had a sense of humor, rather than showing irritation. Also I was surprised they washed my car. I only went in for the airbag thing. But beyond grateful that they did! It was the day after Fourth of July, so for them to wash all the debris off - can't thank them more!

Caleb was wonderful as our service rep when we went to get the oil changed in our Dodge Caravan. They don't offer appointments for oil change so we just drove in. Since it was more than a 2 hour wait, and I was there with my 3 kids, Caleb offered us a ride home and back again afterward free of charge (less than a mile, but so, so helpful with kids)! Kevin, who gave us the ride, is an asset to Accura! He was interested in us, polite, and very helpful. Dick Hannah Accura of Portland exceeded my expectations of an oil change, that's for sure!
