I went into the dealership expecting to purchase a Huyandi, but Scott showed me a 2013 Honda Accord that I loved, so he helped me in getting this car. It is an awesome car! I love driving it around town & can hardly wait to get it on the freeway on a road trip! My only complaints would be, that I was at the dealership for over four hours, & until I told them I was ready to leave did I see them “jump into action!” After I said that, I signed the papers and was on my way in 20 minutes. Also, most dealerships I’ve purchased a car from have had a full tank of gas to drive off the lot.. Although my experience was ok, If you but from them, give yourself at least 4 - 5 hours to complete the transaction.

I love this car dealership! We own an Hyundai Elantra, but get our vehicle serviced at Dick Hannah Acura on Stark/122nd. James Crawford is my "go to guy". For somebody barely 21 yrs old, this guy has his "overall" put together when it comes to customer service. I would never have guessed he was this young by his knowledge and customer service. I believe we started going there about 18 months ago, maybe a bit longer. James always makes sure I get the coupon for the oil change and is honest, never tries to rip me off with unnecessary supposed things that need to be worked on like a lot of mechanics have tried to pull. I even got a free car wash when I went in the other day. I would definitely recommend going to James Crawford at 122nd and Stark. There is always coffee, cocoa, snacks and service with a smile from ALL the employees.
