Hello! I’m Brandi Zoellmer, and my adventure with Dick Hannah Dealerships kicked off in 1998. I started in the Payroll Department at the Corporate Office, diving headfirst into the automotive world and quickly realizing it was my jam! Who knew crunching numbers could be so exhilarating?
In 2000, I shifted gears to the Acura Store, joining the Service Department. Working with a team of dedicated pros who are all about customer service has been incredibly rewarding. Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with many talented folks and have found our management team to be a treasure trove of support and wisdom. Seriously, they should bottle and sell that stuff!
I thrive in supportive, behind-the-scenes roles within the dealership, where my skills and experience truly shine. I firmly believe that teamwork makes the dream work, and our customers reap the benefits of this team-oriented spirit. After all, a well-oiled machine runs best when every part is in sync!
Stepping into the role of General Manager Assistant has been an enlightening journey, filled with learning opportunities and new experiences. This position has been a blend of fun, excitement, and challenges, yet still enabling me to make meaningful contributions to the dealership’s ongoing success.
